I have devised a poverty alleviation plan. Its an Eco-Green Sustainable Community Redevelopment Project that needs deep pocket funding and it is almost shovel ready! The totally green project is focusing on Revitalization to breathe sustainable life to a great community. By this effort, we’re increasing awareness by example educating citizens about the importance of preserving our planet and urban community.

My vision is from a new fashion forward clean consciousness, Eco-friendly LEED green, solar energy and renewable/sustainable ways to generate love for a peaceful humanity working together building up our own environment. We can do this by focusing on the positive, repair areas needing repair and cleaning up dis-eased areas. The plan is to regenerate new paths for green life and plant healthy crops through permaculture, aquaculture, solar photovoltaic clean energy, hydro-power, innovative earthy living & teach lifestyles so our next generations will not live in poverty and failed health. It includes business incubators, green sustainable training & manufacturing, math, arts & technology charter school, arts conservatory, performing myriad arts theater, travel & tourism rehabilitating the luxury historic hotel, live/work lofts, museum, boutique, tutoring center, restaurants, day & night spa, fitness & health center, banquet center, luxury affordable solar homes for very low income, seniors, veterans and physically challenged. Upon completion I project the creation of over 5,000 new sustainable employment opportunities.

The Project FAQs

What is Crowdfunding?

What is alternative green energy & what's wrong with oil and coal energy that has been used for centuries?

Energy and power generated from fossil fuels have led to high concentrations of harmful green house gasses in the atmosphere. But in spite of the harmful effects created, the demand and price of the fossil fuels continue to be pushing upwards relentlessly. At the same time, the world's supply of these non-renewable resources is diminishing. Given all these reasons, we are both pushed and pulled to explore the various alternative forms of energy.

In our world today, the definition of “alternative energy” refers to energy sources other than non-renewable fossil fuels such as coal, crude oil and natural gas. In turn, “alternative energy” is often associated with renewable energy sources that are often cleaner and greener.

Q.) Why is this Eco-green sustainable & Solar communities vital to the community?

A.) Eco-Green Sustainable living is about changing our minds to live a conscious life, as individually in our personal space as well as caring about our community, such that it is sustainable for the earth.

In focus, living an Eco-green sustainable life involves the following principles:

  • conserve resources
  • conserve energy
  • recycling to reduce waste
  • reduce pollution and the release of harmful substances and toxins into the environment
  • protect the earth’s ecological balance with other living things.

Responsible development of all of America’s rich energy resources -- including solar, wind, geothermal, bioenergy and water -- is an important part of President Obama’s Climate Action Plan and will help ensure America’s continued leadership in clean energy. Moving forward, the Energy Department will continue to drive strategic investments in the transition to a cleaner, domestic and more secure energy future.

A.) We as responsible citizen's of the earth must continue to explore and create channels to preserve the planet by cleaning the air, soil and water and rid it of pollution.
